- Free crochet patterns Frankenstein’s Monster! Rawr! This pattern produces an adorably frightening little Frankenstein monster that you can make with medium or bulky yarn. The monster has lots of customizable features, from his too-short sleeves to the scars on his face. This is an intermediate pattern, requiring approximately 2 dozen color changes in the head – but don’t let that scare you! You could also use worsted-weight yarn and make ornaments or thread/floss to make earrings should you so desire! There is a thing I see all over the internet, especially on artsy/craftsy blogs, called Wordless Wednesday. I am all sorts of wrapped up in anxiety this week, so I don’t have a lot to share other than pictures, but I do have an inability to let them speak for themselves. Instead of wordless Wednesday, we will call this Sort of Wordless Wednesday. Compared to my previous yammering posts, this one will be practically silent!
