That post led to a very fun commission for La Befana, the witch who visits children throughout Italy on Epiphany Eve. The lovely woman who commissioned her requested that La Befana have her broom and her cat, and specifically, a tuxedo cat:
I had planned to make a pattern for La Befana, but when the drape of her shawl got mildly tricky, I stopped taking notes and forgot to start up again. Whoops. This is now truly one of a kind!
