So this is how things happen.
A couple of weeks ago, I went to a party. At that party, a woman was wearing midis, which are rings you wear between your first and second knuckles. I more or less lost my mind, because I love rings so much that I already wear five on my right hand, and now I was learning that I could be wearing nine?!
I came home from the party all fired up about rings, and Sarah – that is, the other half of the wonderstrange duo – told me she had been obsessing about some rune rings for the last three years. And she linked me to this:
Do you by any chance need smelling salts? I did. I crawled all over RedSofa’s Etsy store like a slobbering love-drunk fool until I found the necklace to end all necklaces. It might not be your style, but oh baby, it is mine!
Yeah. This particular one had sold, so I brazenly just wrote her a note and asked her if she’d make one for me. (Note: This is what happens when I go to people’s Etsy sites after drinking wine at a party. I get all brazen, like I’m real, certified people.)
The good news? Brazen pays. She said yes!
Joanna is funny and sweet and all kinds of awesome, so you should check her out and favorite her Etsy shop. And no, I’m not getting anything for saying that, except that satisfaction of supporting and promoting an artist I admire!
