I know I have said this about 19501058091 times, but, just in case you missed it, I LOVE Day of the Dead and everything related to it. This week I am recovering from a visit by Ann and her spawn, so I’m falling back on something secure and easy: Sugar skulls.

As Mr. Skullface above is modeling, I made one with several flowers and stars for the skull eyes and then reduced the skull by 45% to use as a center for a heavily-beaded flower. Remember, when it comes to sugar skulls, there is no such thing as too much bling! You can use these flowers, stars, and skull to make hair clips, pendants, ornaments, or anything else that strikes your fancy.
